Email support@owlshift.app. A person reads it. Include your shift pattern if the question is about how the plan works, since almost every answer depends on it.

Before launch

Owlshift is not released yet, so there is nothing to install and nothing to log in to. If you joined the waitlist you will get one email on the day it launches on iPhone and Android, and no other email.

Removing yourself from the waitlist

Email from the address you signed up with and it will be deleted. See Privacy.

Reporting something wrong on this site

If an article contains a factual error, tell us and it will be corrected or removed. The schedules are worked examples and the guidance is general wellbeing advice, not medical advice: see Terms.
